Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every cup you brew with AeroPress, but if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the AeroPress coffee maker and accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
